Waxing Crescent Moon in Cancer

Today, the Waxing Crescent Moon is still in Cancer, where it was for most of the weekend. This mood is all about nurturing and nourishing- yourself and your loved ones. It is good to start harnessing the energy of this phase to take action towards your intentions from last week’s New Moon. The Moon will go void from 4:22pm today until 10:43pm, making this a good take to really ease into the week rather than race into it. It’s not recommended to start anything new or to make big decisions during Void Moon periods.

Waxing Crescent Moon in Leo

On Tuesday the Moon will be transiting playful Leo until early Thursday morning. Leo brings a mood of self-expression and creative inspiration. Use this mood to get inspired, be creative and to keep things fun and light. You may feel more outgoing than usual and have the desire to be seen.

This phase is one that is also very expansive and encourages growth of our dreams and desires. What are your steps to bring them to fruition? First Quarter Moon Virgo

On Thursday is the First Quarter Moon phase. It will be Void-of-course from 5:12am until 6:59am and then will be stationed in organised Virgo. The First Quarter Virgo Moon phase is quite a good one for getting things done. There could be some impatience, resistance or challenges. If you want to change course and feel you need to make adjustments then this Moon phase supports this. Make sure you keep the momentum flowing. This phase is where energy levels are higher, and there can be a desire to refine things and to prepare order as you step towards your goals with enthusiasm.

The Virgo Moon brings an increased focus on the details as well as the need for order and neatness. Use this mood and energy to start a new positive routine, or to streamline your usual routine, and to do work that requires your attention to detail and to focus on what needs to get done. If you feel overwhelmed by the metal stimulation then you can diffuse Lavender, Ylang-ylang and Patchouli to soothe and ground your mind.

Waxing Gibbous Moon in Libra

On Saturday The Waxing Gibbous Moon will be Void from 5:55am until 11:35am. Spend that time in the morning to do your housework or other menial tasks, and it can be a good opportunity to practice some nourishing self-care. After the Void period, the Moon will be stationed in harmony-loving Libra for the rest of the weekend. This mood is great for getting social, and to focus on your partnerships in particular. Go on a romantic date with your partner, or take yourself on a date to the spa to get beautified.

Don’t forget to notice the beauty that surrounds you and do things that bring harmony. Try using Chamomile, Clary Sage or Rose oils to help with bringing feelings of peace and harmony. You may find it tricky to make decisions as you will want to keep the peace and diplomacy and not rock the boat. Keep focused on your intentions and harness this high energy time to keep building momentum on things you are working on. This phase will also encourage you to assess and refine things you are working towards and to make adjustments if necessary.
